Refund Policy

Farol North sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because these products are downloadable and cannot be returned, the following policy applies.

14-day window. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the product file. If the file has not been downloaded, we will refund your purchase in full.

Once downloaded, all sales are final. Because our products are digital and their full value is delivered on download, we cannot offer a refund once the file has been downloaded or otherwise accessed. Downloading the product waives the 14-day window described above.

Problems with your order. If your download link does not work, you received the wrong file, or the file is corrupted or will not open, contact us within the 14-day window and we will fix it or issue a refund.

How to request a refund. Email contact@farolconsulting.com from the address used at purchase, with your order number and reason. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Chargebacks. If you have an issue, please contact us first — we are quick to help and can usually resolve it faster than a dispute.
